    Claudio Bongiovanni starts his activity as coworker at the MOLINO DI ALBA, in the heart of Piedmont

    He begins his entrepreneurial activity with the takeover of MOLINO VIRANO, located in Moncalvo (AT) and operating since 1928

    Acquisition of MOLINO MOCCAGATTA, placed in Novi Ligure (AL), operating since 1925
  • 2003

    Constitution of MOLINI BONGIOVANNI SPA in Cambiano, right outside of Turin. All the production is concentrated in this new plant
  • 2016

    To satisfy the growing market demand, the takeover of MACINAZIONE TORINESE takes place, operating mill since 1968 in Turin

Within few years from the constitution, Molini Bongiovanni is a successful and young company, strongly linked to its own territory traditionally suited for wheat cultivation and transformation. The mill produces high-quality soft wheat flours, appropriate to satisfy the needs of every type of customer, whether it be the food industry or the small artisan.
