The Il Molino di Torino line was developed in 2017, following months of research and collaboration with some of the great masters of the sector who led to the creation of flours for professional use, ideal for bakery, pizza, pastry and fresh pasta.
The entire line is distributed in Italy and abroad exclusively through Wholesalers.



In Turin’s historical centre rises the majestic and imposing Mole Antonelliana,the undisputed symbol of the Piedmontese capital. In order to enhance the territory, to which the mill and miller are especially bound, the sacks of this flour line are identified with a Mole reimagining, and the selection of the names of the references is based on the places and characters which represent the History of Turin.
