Direct and indirect medium or long leavening wholewheat doughs and with processing in leavening cell, short leavening "biga" and refreshments. Special flour rich in fibers. Suitable for small, medium or large-sized wholewheat bread, and for wholewheat oven products.

The product is delivered in a 25 kg paper bag.
