USE

Hard wheat bran ideal for the production of every kinf of fresh pasta (puff, printed, drawn and stuffed), "semolino" and cous cous. Durum wheat semolina with medium or large-sized granulometry, intense and uniform colour and good content of protein. Used alone or mixed with "Granito" or" Triplozero" flours, it gives toughness and roughness


PACKAGING

The product is delivered in a 25 kg paper bag.
