Ideal for the preparation of fresh puff and stuffed pasta Calibrated and very white flour, obtained from the heart of specifically selected wheats in order to make the dough elastic and guarantee an excellent seal during cooking. It makes the sheet of pasta sliky and light, avoinding its greyinfand bringing out the yellow of the egg
