PrimaFibra® is a specific soft wheat bran fractionwith high content of natural fiber which appears in the form of very thin powder and which is extracted during the normal milling process.
Added to a traditional flour or bran, this 100% natural ingredient is able to significantly improve the nutritional profileand to enhance the fragrance that the finish product will release during the cooking process, without modifying its structure or texture.

PrimaFibra® is the result of NUTRATEC®, the research project realized between 2010 and 2013 on initiative of Molini Bongiovanni in cooperation with two Piedmont Universities (“Dipartimento di Scienze Alimentari dell’’Università degli studi di Torino - and "Facoltà di Scienze del Farmaco, Biotecnologie e Nutrizione dell'Università degli studi del Piemonte Orientale").
